Deborah Wallace, Operations

After graduating high school, Debbie worked as a receptionist for a small company before starting her career with Lee Hardeman Customs Broker, Inc. in 1997.  She was initially hired as a courier and accounting assistant. Within a short period of time, she was promoted to the Customer Service department to learn entry processing and transportation.  In 2002 she became the Assistant Supervisor for Customer Service and a few years later was promoted to Supervisor. Debbie supervised over 5 employees and managed the department for over 10 years.  In 2016, she was appointed the Secretary of the corporation.  In addition to these duties, she helps support the operations department and works closely with our biggest client on their extensive and wide-ranging import program. Debbie enjoys reading and spending time with her extended family.  She wants you to know, “There are always changes in this industry which allows for continual challenges and learning experiences. I enjoy being a team player and I try to pass on my knowledge and experience to others.”
